A boutique style agency created in 2005 in London, with the objective of providing exceptional talent and creatives, whilst delivering a professional service to our clients. Within a year of inception we now have offices in London, Dublin and Sydney, with an L.A office to follow shortly.

Our early success can be attributed to our management team who have extensive experience within the industry, fifteen years collectively, from being in front of the camera and behind the scenes on an international level. At FCM we offer a personal, friendly service and competitive rates with most new clients and talent coming to us through recommendation.We are also supported by a very experienced administration team to make sure everything runs efficiently.

Our agency has six divisions consisting of talent, an in house design team who specialise in retouching and creating promotional material, a dedicated marketing and publicity division, a creatives division with photographers, hair & makeup artists and stylists and a locations and production division.

At FCM we recognise that models, talent and creatives are as important to us as our clients, therefore our aim is to nurture, develop and manage a small number of models, talent and creatives.
